By booking with Made of Gold Media LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking & Payment Policies
- Sessions are confirmed only after the required deposit is paid in full.
- No-shows will forfeit any amount paid, including deposits or full-service payments.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $25 rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling is allowed once per session; however, refunds are not offered for cancellations.
2. Outdoor Sessions
- Weather-related delays may require rescheduling. The decision to reschedule due to weather will be made solely by the photographer.
3. Event & Wedding Photography
- Large events (including weddings) must be booked in advance.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event.
4. Additional Person Fee
- A $10 fee per person applies when extra individuals are included in the session, due to the additional editing required.
- Note: This fee is waived for family portrait sessions.
5. Props Disclaimer
- Clients are responsible for providing their own props unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
6. Studio Sessions & Location
- The studio address will be shared 24–48 hours before your scheduled session to maintain privacy and session flow.
7. Turnaround Time & Image Selection
- Proofs will be delivered within 48 hours after your session.
- Final edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks from the time your image selections are submitted.
- Clients must make final selections promptly; all proof galleries are automatically deleted after 30 days.
8. Final Images & Print Release
- Final images may include a small watermark or logo in the bottom corner.
- Clients receive a personal-use print release, allowing unlimited printing for non-commercial purposes.
- Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Agreement to Terms
By booking with Made of Gold Media LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above.
